Our Depot service provides access to the largest and most technically proficient

 lifespan of your equipment, we’ll repair and return it to you in like-new condition.

 Our depot repair facilities are equipped with the latest diagnostic tools, and an

 almost endless inventory of spare parts. The result - we move rapidly from problem

 resolution to repairs, getting you back up and running quickly.   No repair delays,

When we receive a service call, we respond to your call within 4 hours.   If we can't take care of the problem by phone, we will be on-site within 24 hours of the call.   Repair of your equipment is handled quickly with either our on-site repair service or our next-day replacement plan.

With our Advance Exchange program, you place one call to our team  of experts.  They will ship you the same document imaging equipment for next-day delivery.
