The company's
client base has now grown to over 900 clients statewide. The company, an AZ corporation, operates as a “family business", with all of its
growing staff “members of the family”. Every staff member is bonded by
Employee Agreement to maintain strict confidentiality of all information
with which we work. The company maintains personalized, responsible services
to its clients. We’re not a large, national company where you can “get lost
in the numbers”! This “preferred care” has resulted in many of our clients
continuing to be served by the company almost since its inception.
LIN-CUM, Inc. has increased its resources available to our clients, including
Eastman
Micrographics and Document Imaging Equipment, and
ImageGuardTM certified
and monitored film
processing lab.;
additional records management support systems and products; and the
people-power to service more clients, quicker.
For those that
feel they must retain the original documents after converting to a more
manageable form, we are affiliated with select commercial document storage
companies, with secured and environmentally controlled facilities.
Converting your vital records to an electronic file
management system; archiving them to microforms certified for archivability
for up to 500 years or to multiple copy CD-R; stored in a cost-effective,
highly controlled and managed offsite storage facility - - -
count on us, to
keep your records safe, protect their authenticity and integrity, and help you
"take care of business".

We perform our own
Certified records destruction of converted source documents,
(upon customer-authorization), and have the remains pulped by a local,
reputable recycling company. This has found favor with our clients
statewide, year after year.
LIN-CUM
has maintained membership and leadership in several
professional organizations, including Arizona
Chapter of Association of Records Managers and
Administrators (ARMA International; 11 years on
