  • Does your old microfilms "smell of vinegar", or split/break easily?  Chances are it is the old "acetate-based film needing to be converted to polyester; (quickly review page 2 of this page link) , before it's too late.

  • Free evaluation  to help you determine which form or format (s) will be most effective for your operations, relative to space considerations, retrieval speed and frequency, archival/retention period requirements, distribution required

  •  Document conversion to 16mm/35mm roll film or microfiche format

  •  -certified  microfilm processing, duplicating, and QA, to archival quality standards, (up to 500 years for original, silver halide film). All film processing is in compliance to all ANSI and other standards, including IT9.1 and ISO 18901. 

  • Conversion of microform images to digital image formats; TIFF, JPG, PDF, OCR searchable

  •  Support of in-house microfilming operations;  cameras; operating supplies, film and accessories; Kodak-authorized archival film processing, including "exchange" with new film; duplicating and finishing operations (including microfiche-jacketing, titling, indexing)

  • Free pickup and delivery within 25-mile radius; multiple-customer allocation of trip charges, statewide.    We use our own vehicles and drivers for pickup and delivery service

  • Our own large vaults for retaining original films or duplicate copy, for disaster planning and backup, at very nominal charges

  •  Up to 90-day free storage of source documents after conversion, for results approval prior to return or authorized destruction through our own document shredding and certified destruction
