Early in 2007,  our acquisition of Arizona Imaging Systems has provided the additional resources we have needed, to enable us to once again, provide systems implementation and support as well as the conversion services.  We also upgraded our document management system in 2006 to Captaris® Alchemy® Document Management.  This powerful document capture and indexing system gives us the flexibility to provide high quality microfilm and electronic document conversion services to a broad customer base in the business community and to government agencies.  Our product was further enhanced and expanded with merger of Captaris and Open Text^(TM) Corporation, a global leader in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) in September, 2008.  Our conversion procedures enable us to integrate with most current and backward-compatible data systems, and with Microsoft and Oracle OS and products.  Our content management systems grows with the organization’s information management needs with data capture, workflow, document management, archiving, records management, integration, retrieval and distribution at a fraction of the cost to manage and control data without these 21st century tools.

With our Alchemy® Document Management System, based on the Windows platform, we convert paper or microfilmed records, index them to YOUR specifications, and deliver them on CD-R, complete with the Alchemy Search^R retrieval software, to provide a self-contained standalone records retrieval and disposition system.  The modular system allows you to expand and grow from a standalone, single-user system, to server-based data and document management systems, as your requirements and your budget dictate and allow.
